Inspired by the world’s most famous streets, we decided to create a rich and dynamic space experience. A mixed-use development with a spinal promenade that travels 1.7 km to link all the projects components along which runs the river from one side and the retail and offices from another. The development also holds a five-star hotel, a medical center, and is served by a three-floor underground parking.
