Waleed Mohamed Zaki

Waleed Zaki is the founder and CEO of PHC, also he is the Chairman of PHC’s Board of Directors. In 1997, Mr. Zaki established Pioneers Securities that was ranked one of the top brokerage firms in the market. In 2007, he established PHC to widen the investment portfolio in the Egyptian market and Middle East. He managed the execution of PHC to be a listed company on the Egyptian Stock Exchange since 2008. During these years, Mr. Zaki has led PHC's growth and transformation strategy through successful and aggressive expansion plans that strengthened the company's position to become one of the leading investment holding firms in the region by acquiring significant stakes in six listed companies operating in the fields of real estate development, construction, manufacturing, food industry, in addition of three other companies in the fields of asset management, institutional brokerage, and investment banking. Mr. Zaki has a knack for taking the upside potentials of a business and making them into the core competencies with a future. He has shown vision and courage with decisions, while seizing the right opportunities and carefully maintaining his social responsibility and charitable activities as an entrepreneur. The enduring success of the company he founded is proof of his farsightedness and tireless dedication. Mr. Zaki has a long and distinguished experience in managing listed companies, and is currently on the board of directors of a number of companies and entities including Rooya Holding, Cairo Housing & Development Co., United Housing & Development Co., Electro Cable Egypt, Arab Dairy Products-Panda, Pioneers Securities Company-Dubai, PHC Investment Banking, and others. Also, he is an active member of the Egyptian Businessmen's Association.
Yasser Mohamed Zaki
Vice Chairman
Yasser Zaki is the Vice Chairman of PHC. Mr. Zaki has more than 30 years of professional experience across various industries and sectors, out of which 10 years of experience in the industrial sector. He held various leadership positions in the group and is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Arab Dairy Products-Panda, the Chairman of Universal Packing, and the Managing Director of PHC's Industrial Sector. He is a board member in many listed and unlisted companies including United Housing & Development Co., Cairo Housing & Development Co., El Saeed Contracting, Al Giza Contracting, and others. Mr. Zaki holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Cairo University and a Master of Business Administration from the American University in London.
Mohamed Zakaria Mohyeldin
Vice Chairman
Mohamed Zakaria Mohyeldin is the Vice Chairman of PHC. Mr. Mohyeldin has more than 40 years of experience in chemical industries both locally and internationally. Mr. Mohyeldin is currently the Chairman of National Co. for Chemical Industries, which he founded in 1988, and the Chairman of the Electro Cable Egypt Co. Mr. Mohyeldin is currently on the board of directors of a number of companies and entities including The Sadaat Investors Association, United Co. for Housing, The Egyptian Rowing Club, Saudi Egyptian Business Council, The Industrial Modernization Centre IMC, Tora Cement Company, Egyptian Center for Economics Studies, and he is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, French Chambers of Commerce, and the Federation of Egyptian Industries. Mr. Mohyeldin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the American University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA.
Haitham Al Ansary
Deputy CEO for Investment
Haitham Al Ansary is the Deputy CEO for Investment of PHC. Before his current position, Mr. Al Ansary was the CEO of the company's investment banking arm, PHC Investment Banking, and CEO of Cairo Housing and Development Co. He also held a number of positions in the group including Head of Research, GM of Investment Banking where he was involved in the majority of PHC’s acquisitions, and is currently on the board of directors of a number of listed and unlisted companies including Rooya Holding, Egyptian Cables Company, Arab Dairy Products-Panda, Universal Packing, and others. Before joining PHC, he worked in corporate banking at the Arab African International Bank and was involved in several high-profile syndications and club deals. Mr. Al Ansary holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo and a professional diploma in Financial Risk Management from New York University.
Mohamed Ibrahim
Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mohamed Ibrahim is the Group CFO of PHC. Before his current position. Mr. Ibrahim was the Head of Finance at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Co. and CFO of El Sewedy Cables. Mr. Ibrahim has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and reporting, business support, audit and tax, and treasury management in multinational and publicly listed companies. He is responsible for all aspects of PHC’s finance department, handling major bank relations and focused on growth and sustainable shareholder value. Mr. Ibrahim also serves on the board of directors for Electro Cable Egypt Company and he played a key role on its organizational restructuring, resulting in the successful turnaround which contributing to the Company’s increased profitability. Mr. Ibrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Alexandria University.
